  I went in thru drive thru just 20 minutes ago Nov. 1st . ordered the simple sausage mcgriddle with some cheese added . and a sausage ,egg,& cheese mcgriddle. And it was wrong .... I went back and got my money back for one of the sandwiches... But i asked for all my money back.... Since my morning is now ruined i will leave this here for all to see ... I remember why i quit working for them after one shift ... They have no respect (manager) same one from when i was there ... And one question . how can you make the same food daily and not memorize the sandwiches nor make them correct?.....this place needs a face lift ... New employees that are competent to never mess an order up . the simplest tasks are performed to run this joint and they cant even do that..... Why?!?!

  Place is not clean. Windows have not been cleene. The soda machine had cleaning items around. And soda was not carbonated correctly. The bathrooms were in a state of repair urinal not working floor was all wet and cleaning supplies were everywhere..the worst part 7 employees were standing around talking about going home early and people stealing. There was no leadership in this store. Service is always slow.

  Messed my coffee up like 3 times made me wait and still gave me the wrong thing that i now refuse to drink. Asked for mocha 3 times and got french vanilla latte after they gave me a mocha iced latte? Totally ruined my morning. You can bet i will never be back.
